Ingredients used in Paniyaram Gunta punugulu
• Carrot grated - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green chillis (chopped) - 4 number.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 number.
• Dosa batter - 2 cups.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take dosa batter add onion, cumin seeds, green chillis salt mix well.
  • Pour this mixture into the pan add little oil beforeing adding the mixture cook in a very slow flame.
  • cook both the sides, serve with coconut chutney.

the plate needs to sit right on the flame for frying, so it needs to be thicker like the material of a frying pan, whereas idly plate is fashioned out of thin metal that isnt durable for direct flame....
