Ingredients used in Orange-Mausambi Sherbet
• Thick orange juice - 1/2 cup.
• Mausambi juice - 1/2 cup.
• Sugar - 2 cup.
• Citric acid - 3/4 teaspoons.
• Sodium benzoate - 1/4 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Put juices and sugar in a deep vessel and boil it till sugar completely melts. Later switch off the flame and cool it.
  • To it, even add sodium benzoate and mix well.
  • Pour it to sterilized sauce bottles, and seal.
  • Refrigerate to store and use.
