Ingredients used in FISH TACOS
• Fish slices - 1 cup.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Hung yogurt or sour cream - 1/2 cup.
• Red chilli powder - `1/2 tea spoon.
• Onion slices - 1 cup.
• Cabbages(julian‘s) - 1/4 cup.
• Carrot(julian‘s) - 1/4 cup.
• Bell pepper(julian ‘s) - 1/4 cup.
• Tortillas - 3 no.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Take boneless fish pieces in a plate, add lime juice, salt, pepper powder, coriander leaves, mix nicely and keep aside.
  • Take a bowl, add hung yogurt or sour cream, red chilly powder, salt, mix and keep aside.
  • Take another bowl, add onion slices and keep aside.
  • Take another bowl, add julian ‘s of cabbages, carrot, bell pepper and keep aside.
  • Take a plain tortillas and place in grill for 5-8 minutes and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add marinated fish slices and shallow fry on both sides.
  • Once colour is changed arrange them in tortillas and spread cream, on it top arrange mixed vegetable salad.
  • On it arrange onions slices and spread apple salsa.

Now Fish Tacos are ready to serve.
