Ingredients used in Double ka meeta
• Pista - 1/4 cup.
• Lime juice - 4 drops.
• Cahsew nuts - 1/2 cup.
• Ghee or fresh oil - to fry.
• Milk - 500 ml.
• Safron color - 1 pinch.
• Cardamom - 3 numbers.
• Water - 2 cups.
• Sugar - 2 cups.
• Bread - 10 slice.
• Almonds - 1/2 cup.
• Dated - 1/2 cup.
• Raisins - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Cut bread into halves of the triangle and let them dry overnight, fry in ghee till golden brown.
  • Make sugar syrup flavored with cardamom and few drops of lime juice and saffron color.
  • Make rabdi with milk (slowly boil milk till it is reduced to 1/4).
  • Take fried bread soak in sugar syrup for few seconds and remove.
  • Put all nuts and dry fruits over the sweetened bread and pour over rabdi serve warm
