Ingredients used in Deep Fried Fish
• Fresh whiting/snapper/sea bass - 500 grams.
• Garlic (chopped finely) - 8 cloves.
• Coriander/cilantro roots or stems (chopped finely) - 10 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Fresh pepper (ground) - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Kaffir lime leaves(fresh or dried) - 5 leaf.
• Soya or vegetable oil - 2 cup.
Method:
  • Place the whole fish or fish pieces in a bowl with the salt, pepper, garlic, turmericpowder, soya sauce, and coriander.

  • Mix well, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.

  • Heat the oil in a large pan or a wok, add the kaffir lime leaves and deep fry until crispy.

  • Later, remove from the pan and let drain.

  • Put the fish in the oil over medium to high heat and deep fryuntil golden brown.

  • Remove the fish from the oil, drain, and place on a plate.

  • At last, garnish with the fried kaffir lime leaves.

deep fried fish its vry tasty &delicious....lime leaves asani se nahi milta ......kya iska kuch substitute hai...thanksssssssssssssss for the all ur recipes..
