Ingredients used in Cheese puris
• Whole wheat flour - 75 grams.
• Refined flour - 75 grams.
• Boiled potatoes - 150 grams.
• Onion - 50 grams.
• Cheese - 50 grams.
• Finely chopped ginger - 1 tea spoon.
• Chopped green chilies - 2 no.
• Fat - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Peel boiled potatoes and mash it. Then add chopped onion, green chilies and ginger and mix it well.
  • Heat 1 tsp oil, saute onions, above prepared mixture, salt and lime juice to taste. Mix well and keep aside.
  • Add grated cheese. Mix with sieved flour. Add fat and sufficient water to make a stiff Dough. Knead well till smooth and let it set aside for at least for half an hour. Roll into puri's 7.5 cm. in diameter and deep fry in hot oil.

Cheese Puri is ready to serve.
