Ingredients used in White Pumpkin Mor Kulambu
• Chopped onion - 1 small.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Turmeric powder - half teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Curry leaves - 1 bunch.
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Shredded coconut - half cup.
• Channa dal - 50 grams.
• White pumpkin - 250 grams.
• Curd (for better taste use 2 days old curd) - 250 grams.
• Chopped coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:

1. Boil White pumpkin with pinch of salt and turmeric powder (1/4 Spn). 2. Meanwhile soak channa Dal for 1/2 n Hour. 3. Beat the curd to lassi consistency. 4. Grind all following ingredients:- Green Chillies (2 numbers), Curry Leaves (1 Bunch), Ginger Garlic Paste (1 Tbspn), Cumin Seeds (1 Tbspn), Turmeric Powder (1/4 Spn), Shredded Coconut (half Cup) 5.Grind all above ingredients to fine paste. then add Channa Dal and again grind for very few seconds. 6. In a kadai Put some Oil, Mustard seeds, Chopped onion, and Green Chillies (2 numbers). When onion becomes light golden colour put our channa Dal mixer to it.And fry for a min. 7. Now add Curd and White pumpkin with water (check the consistency while adding water) and salt to taste. 8. cook for 5 mins and Garnish with Fresh Coriander Leaves. .
