Ingredients used in vegetarian kheema
• Corainder leaves(chopped) - 6-7 springs.
• Water - 3 cup.
• Soy granules(uncooked-nutrela are good) - 1 bag.
• Whole masalas - 1 numbers.
• Chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 2 small.
• Meat masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1 big.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 big.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Lime juice - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Garlic(minced) - 3 clove.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
Method:
Heat oil in a pressure cooker,add cumin seeds with whole masalas,once they start crackling add turmeric powder and minced garlic.Add chopped onions and saute for a min then add chopped tomatoesand well.Now add coriander powder,cumin powder,meatmasala,green chillies and chilli powder.Mix well and add water and salt.check the salt and add some more if needed.add half of the chopped corainder leaves and a bag of soy granules.cover the cooker with the lid and leave it on medium flame for 5 whistles. Then remove the lid add lemon juice and rest of the chopped coriander leaves. If you like it juicy just leave it as it is or cook it with open lid till u get desired consistency.
