Grind the coriander/cloves/cinnamon/green chillies/ginger amp; garlic with fennel seeds to a fine paste with ittle water. Fry the rava till light brown ( very constantly). Heat oil in a pan , add the chopped onions fry amp; then add the curry leaves. Once the onions are fried, add the the vege#39;s amp; fry until half cooked. Add the grinded masala paste amp; fry for 2 mts amp; then add the tomatoes amp; cook for another 2 mts.. Now add the boiled hot water amp; salt. Taste the water amp; add the salt if needed. Once the water starts to boil , reduce your flame amp; add the rava very slowly amp; paralley stirring it. Once the rava is being added .Add the ghee on top amp; close the lid. Let the flame be on medium. Cook this for 8 mts or so.Open the lid give it a gentle stir amp; serve it hot.

• Peas - 1/4 cup.
• Potatoes chopped - 1/4 cup.

• Carrot - 1/4 cup.
• Chopped tomatoes - 1 1/2 numbers.

• Sooji / rava - 1 1/2 cup.
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - .
