Ingredients used in Veena Sathya
• Cashew - .
• Curd chillies - 2 piece.
• Jeera-pepper (coarsely powdered) - 2 teaspoons.
• Coconut milk - 2 oz.
• Firm tofu - 1 small.
• Fresh grated coconut - 3 tablespoons.
• Oatmeal - 3 cup.
• Coconut oil - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
Wash Oatmeal and pressure cook(without water) until one whistle. Grate the tofu and marinate with a little salt and pepper for five mins. Heat some vegetable oil and add the coconut oil also. Add regular seasoning, cashew, curd chillies, jeera-pepper powder. Then add the grated tofu, fry for about 3 to 4 mins, add the fresh coconut. After 2 mins add the salt and coconut milk. Then mix in the cooked oatmeal. Let it sit for 5 to 10 mins it is ready to eat.
