Ingredients used in VANILA CAKE
• Baking soda - 1 tea spoon.
• Unsalted butter - 150 grams.
• Egg white yolk - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Vanila essence - 2 teaspoons.
• Cake tray - 1 no.
Method:
Pour the Egg in the big bowl mix with the Hand Blender till is come fluffy. Then add 1 cup of sugar in it and mix it well for 10 to 15 minutes. Then add the melted unsalted butter of 150 grams and mix well with the hand blender or Food Processor. Now add 2 teaspoons of Vanila essence and mix well. Then add 1 small teaspoon of Baking Soda and mix it well with the blender. Now at last add 1 cup of all purpose flour mix it well. Now it will like paste. Apply buter in the full tray so it won't stick in the try. Now pour the paste in to the Small Square tray. Now Keep it in Oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.Depence on the oven.
