Ingredients used in Uppu Kari (Chicken Curry)
• Small onion - 20 numbers.
• Red chilly - 15 numbers.
• Chicken - 1 lbs.
• Oil - 5 tablespoons.
Method:
1. Boil oil 2. fry Onion (cut into small pieces) 3. add Red chilly (when the onion is half brown, not too much) (cut red chillies in to 2-3 pieces and remove the seeds) 4. After the chilly is half fried, add chicken pieces (small pieces) 5. let the chicken give all its oil out and cooked. 6. Add 3-4 tbsp of water (not much) 7. close the vessel and leave it for 10 mins. (stir every 3 mins,let it not get bottom black)
