Ingredients used in Turnip Keema Curry
• Oil - as required.
• Turnip (chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Kheema - 1 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Liver - 1 cup.
• Dill leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
In a pan and add oil, turnip and saute it. Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, liver, dill leaves and cook it well. At last adjust the salt. Serve it hot with rice or roti.
