Ingredients used in Tomato dosa
• Salt - as required small.
• Red chilli - as required numbers.
• Ginger - small piece.
• Tomato - as required numbers.
• Soaked rice - as required cup.
• Onion - as required big.
• Curry leaves - as required .
Method:
Soak the idli rice in water for 4 hours. Add chopped tomatoes, red chilli, salt Ginger and make a fine paste(As prepared for dosa ). Mix the paste with chopped onion and curry leaf. Heat the pan and make a tasty tomato dosa..
