Ingredients used in Tandoori Chicken
• Ginger garlic greenchilli corrianderleaves paste - 4 tablespoons.
• Redchilli pwd - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Safed mirch - 1 teaspoons.
• Jeera pwd - 1 teaspoons.
• Dhania pwd - 1 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Sirka - 3 teaspoons.
• Cream - 4 tablespoons.
• Chicken - 800-950 grams.
• Red color (optional) - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Chat masala - 2 teaspoons.
• Yogurt - 1 cup.
Method:
1. Wash the chicken and make cuts on the skin with knife. 2. Make a Paste os ginger garlic greenchilli corriander leaves and all the other ingredients. 3. Put teh paste all over the chicken and let it marinae in referigrator atleast 4 -7 hrs . 4. After that took the chicken and micro it in combi2 mode for 19 minutes on one side and then turn the chicken and again micro it on combi2 mode for another 19 minutes 5. Serve it with lemon green chutney and chat masala..
