Ingredients used in Subassri
• Greenchillies chopeed - 1 cup.
• Jaggery - 1 cup.
• Coriander powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt,turmeric poowder - 1 to taste.
• Mustard - 1 teaspoons.
• Veg.oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Full garlic - 1 cup.
• Small onion - 1 cup.
• Tamarind water - 1 small.
Method:
Pour oil in a pan add mustard and let it splutter add the small onions and saute it till it becomes soft. add garlic,turmeric powder,salt saute it. then add greenchilies,coriander powder and tamarind water then finally add the jaggery and let it boil till it becomes thick. serve hot.
