Ingredients used in SPL. CHICKEN BIRYANI
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Cilantro,curd & mint leaves paste - 4 tablespoons.
• Spices - 5-6 pinch.
• Basmati rice - 5 cup.
• Chicken - 2 pound.
• Onions,chllies - 1 large.
• Salt,chilly powder - 2 springs.
Method:

1)take a pan and add oil.let it heat. 2)Add onions and fry till brown. 3)Add all the spices to it and keep it aside. 4)Now take another pan with water and let it boil for sometime then add spices to it. 5)Add basmati rice,salt to it and allow the rice to half boil. 6)meanwhile,take chicken and add ginger garlic paste,salt,chilli powder,chllies,cilantro,curd amp; mint leaves paste. 7)Let the mixture cook in a pan. 8)Now take a big pan and put the rice as a layer in it and a layer of boiled chicken and then another layer of rice. 9)Let it cook for 15 more minutes in a medium flame. 10)Add some food colour on top of it. 11)Now your spl. chicken biryani is ready to eat.
