Ingredients used in Spinach Pulusu
• Curry leafs - to taste.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Pasupu - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Tamato - 2-3 numbers.
• Garlic - 5-6 clove.
• Spinach - 1-2 bunch.
• Corionder - to taste.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
Method:
1) Clean and Cut the spinach into peaces. 2) Cut Tamatoes and onion in to Medium Peaces. 3) mince the garlic You can use crushed garlic which is avilable in market(not Paste) 4) In a pan pour oil and when it is heates add cumin and mustured seeds and chana dall to them after that add tamato and garlic and fry them when tamato is ready then add spinac and salt and put the lid . 5) after few mins(2 -3) when spinach is fried add oinon and pour little water and put the lid for anothr 2-3 mins. 6) once it is done add curry leaves and corionder and little karam to that and keep it for another minute. You can eat this with rice or roti
