Ingredients used in Spicy Meat/beef in chilly and tamarind sauce
• Beef - - pound.
• Onion - 2 numbers.
• Massala - - numbers.
• Cumin - - numbers.
• Safran - - numbers.
• Ginger/ garlic paste - - numbers.
• Chilli - 5 big numbers.
• Tamarind paste - 5 spoon numbers.
• Salt - - numbers.
Method:
first make a paste with chilli and tamarind sauce. blend both together in mixer. now in your presure cooker put sme oil. put beef. . add ginger gaarlic paste salt. leave to fry for sme mins. thn add masala cumin, safran. let fry for sme more mins. then add water and cover the pressure cooker lid. let cook untilmeat is tender. when meat is very tender add the chilli tamarind paste. let cook for sme more mins. when the gravy is thick, then slow the flame, then add minced onion. and little water. cover the lid if you wish.. to make the onion melt into gravy. afer two more minutes of cooking, swich off flame. and serve.
