Ingredients used in South indian Chicken vindali
• Turmeric - 1 teaspoons.
• Viniger - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin powder - 3 tablespoons.
• Chilly powder - 3 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 3 tablespoons.
• Tomato pure - 6 tablespoons.
• Chicken - 1kg piece.
• Oil - 6 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste to taste.
Method:
Put all the ingredients in a presure cooker(or u can also cook in a kadai). Give a mixe then leave it in simmer. After one presure, open it and cook in high flame for at least 10min until the oil comes out.
