Ingredients used in sorakaya roti
• Oil - 5 or 6 tablespoons.
• Rice flour - 1 lbs.
• Sorakaya - 1 piece.
• Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 1 piece.
• Ginger - 1 teaspoons.
• Green chilies - 6 piece.
• Onion - 1/2 piece.
• Voma - 1 teaspoons.
• Sesamese seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Corriendar leaves - 1/4 cup.
• Curry leaves - 10 leaf.
• Soaked chana daal - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
First, grate the sorakaya 2nd, blend the chillies, ginger, garlic, and salt together 3rd, mix the grated sorakaya with the blended items 4th, mix the corriendar leaves, curry leaves, soaked chana daal, sesamese seeds, onions, voma with the grated sorakaya and blended items 5th, mix some rice flour and add as much as you need until you have dough, it feels kind of like chapati dough, not too hard and not too soft 6th, grease a pan which you would use for a chapati 7nth, take a piece of the dough you made and flatten it on the greased pan 8th, put the heat in medium flame 9nth, after about 4 or 5 minutes flip your roti the other side 10nth, and keep it on the pan for about 3 or 4 minutes 11nth, take it off the pan and you are ready to serve!!!
