Ingredients used in SODA BISCUITS
• All purpose flour - 100 grams.
• Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - 40 grams.
• Milk - as required.
Method:
Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, baking soda, salt, butter and mix nicely with short crush method. Add milk and mix nicely like as shown in video. Take small dumpling and press it using hand and place it on baking tray. Bake it for 15 minutes at 200 degree centigrade until it turn nice and crumble. Now soda biscuits is ready to serve.
