SODA BISCUITS

Ingredients used in SODA BISCUITS
• All purpose flour - 100 grams.
• Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - 40 grams.
• Milk - as required.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, baking soda, salt, butter and mix nicely with short crush method.
  • Add milk and mix nicely like as shown in video.
  • Take small dumpling and press it using hand and place it on baking tray.
  • Bake it for 15 minutes at 200 degree centigrade until it turn nice and crumble.

Now soda biscuits is ready to serve.
