Ingredients used in sarson ka saag
• Green illich - 2 numbers.
• Ginger - 30 grams.
• Garlic - 5 clove.
• Makai atta - 2 tablespoons.
• Desi ghee - 100 grams.
• Mooli leaves - 150 grams.
• Shaljam leaves - 200 grams.
• Gajar leaves - 300 grams.
• Palak - 300 grams.
• Sarson - 1000 grams.
• Red chilli - 1 to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cheese/paneer - 40 grams.
Method:

take all the leaves , garlic, ginger, green chilli and boil them in open pan till done and make the paste .Add desi ghee , onion , salt , red chilli and makai ka atta to the pan stir till onions turns light brown than add the paste cook on a slow flame for 10 mnts.garnish with grated cheese or paneer.
