Sambhar with Greens

Description

A traditional lunch menu of South India is incomplete without sambar. This greens sambar tastes delicious with steaming hot rice.In Karnataka, Soppina huli( Sambar ) and Ragi Mudde (Balls) is a famous and delicious.

  1. Boil the tour daal and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, red chilly, fenugreek seeds, onions, curry leaves, onions, turmeric, salt, asafoetida, saut it and add coconut pieces add tamarind juice, sambhar powder, add water, put the lid on and once it comes to boil.
  3. Remove the lid and add boiled daal, add drumstick leaves, add sugar, cook for some time.
  4. Then switch off the flame and serve.
