Ingredients used in saloni
• Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 8-9 numbers.
• Chilli - 3 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 3 cup.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Potato (cut into big pieces) - 6 numbers.
Method:

First of all make paste of coriander leaves, chilli and garlic. and then cut the potato into bog pieces. Heat oil into pan, add Asafoetida then add paste and add whole masala (turmeric, garam masala, salt, coriander powder) saute for 5 mins until raw smell completely leaves, then add potatoes with 1/2 cup of water and mix well. Bring to a cook.
