Ingredients used in Sahars broasted chicken
• Ginger powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Oats - 3 tablespoons.
• Maida - 2 teaspoons.
• Water - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste to taste.
• Milk powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Chicken - 3 piece.
• Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Bread crumbs - 4 tablespoons.
• Oil - for frying to fry.
Method:

1.take three pieces of chicken with skin and wash nicely.In a bowl add chilly powder,turmeric powder,milk powder,salt and water and soak chicken pieces well for 2-3 hrs. 2.in a bowl mix maida,oats,bread crumbs,ginger powder,pepper powder and a pinch of salt and keep aside.Do not add water to this mixture.it should be dry. 3.take a deep bottom pan and fill it with oil.Roll the chicken pices in maida mix and coat well and fry each pice for about 15-23 mins on low flame. 5.serve hot with buns,french fries and coleslaw salad.
