Ingredients used in Quick Beetroot Sabzi
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Beetroots grated - 2 big.
• Garlic (chopped) - 3-4 piece.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 3-4 piece.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:

Heat a pan Add oil (abt 1 tbsp) Once the oil is hot put cumin seeds and Mustard seeds Let them crackle Then put the garlic and green chillies. Let them cook for half a minute till the colour changes a little Add the grated Beet root Add salt Stir to mix the salt properly Close the pan with the lid so that the sabzi is steam cooked In 8-10 minutes the sabzi is ready
