Ingredients used in puffed rice(mamara) khichadi
• Curry leaves - 6 numbers.
• Oil - half teaspoons.
• Garam masala powder - halft tablespoons.
• Turmeric - half tablespoons.
• Cumin or coriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Tomato - 1 large.
• Green chilli - 2 numbers.
• Ginger+garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Mamara - puffed rice - 1 bag.
• Rai+jeera - half tablespoons.
• Onion - 1 large.
• Butter milk - 3 cup.
• Potato - 1 large.
Method:

Pour oil on hot pan add rai and jeera add curry leaves add onion and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame add ginger garlic paste add small pieces of potato and cook it now add all spices and salt as per taste add butter milk and make it bit warm then add tomato add mamara after a minute and mix it Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and serve it
