Egg Sambar is an amazing mix of lentils, vegetables and boiled eggs cooked together in a spicy and tangy stew mix of tamarind juice and tomatoes along with fantastic amalgamation of spices that includes turmeric, chilli powder, freshly crushed cumin seeds - garlic cloves, fenugreek seeds and fresh herbs like curry leaves, mint leaves and coriander leaves that enhances the flavour and is very refreshing to taste.
This lentil stew is extremely awesome, highly flavorful, scrumptious, appetizing and a protein rich dish that can be eaten with rice, chapatti or roti. Overall this Egg Sambar on cooking gives a tantalizing aroma all over the house and is exceptionally comforting to eat.
