CREAMY VEGETABLES IN BREAD CUPCAKES

Ingredients used in CREAMY VEGETABLES IN BREAD CUPCAKES
• Butter - 1(1/2) tablespoons.
• All purpose flour - 1 (1/2) tablespoons.
• Bread pieces - 10 numbers.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Garlic cloves - 4 cloves.
• Carrot chopped - 2 tablespoons.
• Sweet corn - 3 tablespoons.
• Celery chopped - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Milk - 150 ml.
• White pepper powder - half tea spoon.
• Oregano - 1 tea spoon.
• Cream - 2 tablespoons.
• Cheese - 1 tablespoon.
• Nutmeg powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take the bread pieces and cut the edges, flatten it with rolling pin.
  • Place the flatten bread pieces and cut into round shape with a cutter. Place them in muffin moulds coated with butter..
  • Bake the muffins at 180 degree C for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • For the stuffing Heat a pan and add finely chopped onions, garlic, butter saute it for a minute.
  • Now add chopped carrot, sweet corn, celery, salt, all purpose flour mix it well.
  • Then add white pepper powder, oregano, milk, cream keep mixing it for 2 minutes.
  • Add nutmeg powder mix it well and pour this mixture in the bread cups and add the grated cheese on top.
  • Bake it for 200 degree C for 10 minutes.
