Ingredients used in prawn theeyal
• Coriander leaves - chopped tablespoons.
• Tamarind juice - 2 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons.
• Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Ginger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Onion - 2 small.
• Greenchilli - 1 numbers.
• Coconut grated - 1/2 cup.
• Prawn cleaned - 250 grams.
• Mustard - 1 teaspoons.
• Small onion chopped - 1 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
Method:
heat a pan add coconut and fry till light golden brown,remove cool it and grind to smooth paste. add oil in a pan add onion finely chopped fry when soft add,ginger garlic paste ,gc. add turmeric,coriander and chilli powder.add 1/2 cup water,tamarind juice and salt and when it boils add prawns . after few seconds add coconut paste .when gravy thickens switch off. oil add mustard,small onion,curry leaves pour over gravy add coriander leaves also serve with rice
