- Take wheat flour in a bowl, add semolina, salt mix to a stiff dough by adding required amount ofwater and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped onions, toss it, add turmeric powder, chopped green chilies, green peas, boiled and chopped potato pieces and cook well.
- Take a bowl, add chickpea flour, salt, water, mix to a thin slurry, transfer to the cooking pan and saute well.
- Then add finely chopped spring onions, cook with closed lid for about 5 minutes, turn off the flame and transfer to the serving bowl.
- Now take small portions of the prepared dough, roll them into small puris and deep fry in hot oil.
