Rava Puris tastes great in combination with the delicious Potato & Bottle Gourd Curry.
- Boil water in a pan, add chopped pieces of onions, potatoes, bottle gourd, slitted green chilies and cook well.
- Meanwhile, grind dry coconut pieces & cashew nuts to a fine powder, transfer to the above cookingpan, toss it, sprinkle salt and cook well.
- For tempering, heat mustard oil in a pan, add mustard seeds when they splutter, add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, curry leaves, toss it, transfer the tempering to the prepared curry and mix well.
- Take wheat flour in a bowl, add semolina, seasonwith salt, add knead to asoft dough by adding water in small quantities.
- Take small quantities of the prepared dough, roll them to puris, deep fry in hot oil and transfer to a plate.
