Gobi paratha (cauliflower paratha) is a paratha having delicious stuffing of gobi and it tastes different when compared to other paratha recipe.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cauliflower, green peas, red chili powder, and saute it.
- Then add turmeric powder, coriander leaves, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and saute it.
- Add amchur powder, salt and mix thoroughly for about 1 minute, switch off the flame. Keep this stuffing aside.
- Then mash it and make small balls.
- Take a bowl, add wheat flour, little salt, oil and make a soft dough then kept it aside for 5 minutes.
- Now take the small dumplings, press it with hands. Later keep the stuffing in the middle and seal the corner.
- Roll it like paratha (slight thick one's) with a rolling pin. Then place it on Tawa and cook on both the sides with ghee.
Now hot paratha’s are ready to serve with curd and butter.
