Ingredients used in pepper mushroom
• Chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Urud dhall - 1 teaspoons.
• Mustard - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Black pepper - 1 tablespoons.
• Tomato - 1 small.
• Onions - 1 large.
• Mushroom - 250 grams.
• Corriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
gring black peppers with onions,ginger and garlic. in a pan add oil, mustard seeds urud dhall and add onion mixture. fry in till onion raw smell is gone and the colour changes to nice brown . add curry leaves and tomato, add chilli powder corriander powder turmeric powder and salt. then add thinly sliced mushrooms to it.mushroom will release water and stir it occationally till all the water has been dried out.
