Ingredients used in Pepper kuzlambhu
• Urad dhall - 1 teaspoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Gingelly oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander seeds - 2 teaspoons.
• Tumeric - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Tamarind - lemon size .
• Redchilles - 2 .
• Hing - litttle .
• Sesame - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Cumin - 1 teaspoons.
• Pepper - 3 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - little .
• Methi seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 6 .
Method:
1.Heat oil in pan 2. Add the mustard,urad dhal,methi seeds,curry leaves,little hing,cumin 3. Once they pop add the garlic and extract the juice from the tamarind and add the tumeric to the tamarind juice. 4. In other pan dry roast the pepper,coriander seeds,hing,sesame seeds,cumin and powder it 5.Add the tamrind juice into the pop and let them to boil. 6.After they are boiled add the powder to it and let them boil till the oil seperates. 7. Ready to serve
