Ingredients used in papuroti
• Lemon - 1 .
• Chillies - 6 .
• Sambhar dhal - 1 cup.
• Salt - as per need .
• Coconut milk - as per need .
• Riceflour - 2 cup.
• Coriander - .
• Grated coconut - .
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
Mix riceflour,coconut milk,salt as rava dosa batter Keep it aside for 15 minutes make dosas as u make rava dosa make that dosas in to small pieces. boil sambhar dhal seperatley(not like we cook for sambhar,it should not be in a mashy texture) put oil let it heat. put d green chilles and let it fry, put that pecied dosas,n mix d cooked dhal with lemon,and salt. *garnish it with coriander and grated coconut
