Paneer makhani is a Punjabi sabji made from diced cottage cheese and complete Punjabi meal by adding dal makhani, a side of papad.
- Take masala papad and place it on wet cloth.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, garlic, onion, salt and saute it.
- Add spinach, red chili flakes, chickpea flour, paneer and saute stuffing mixture.
- Take the wet papad and place stuffing mixture and roll it.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil with little butter, place stuffed papad then cook it on all sides and later transfer into a plate.
- Heat little more butter in the same pan and add ginger garlic paste, kasuri methi, tomato, red chili powder, salt, tomato puree, little water and saute it.
- Add garam masala, nutmeg, sugar and saute it.
- To it add fried papad roll, fresh cream and place lid and cook it on slow flame for 2 minutes.
Now papad paneer makhini is ready to serve.
