Ingredients used in paneer coconut milk gravy
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Chopped green chilli(remove the seeds) - 4-5 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste .
• Finely chopped tomatoes - 5 numbers.
• Finely chopped onions - 2 numbers.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Oil - 1 1/2 tablespoons.
• Coconut milk (first milk- thick) - 1 cup.
• Coconut milk (second milk- thin) - 1/2 cup.
• Paneer in small cubes - 150 grams.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.

Heat the oil in the pan and add cumin, mustard seed ,curry leaves saute it well then add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes stir it well cook it for 2 min adding pinch of salt to it. Now add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and garam masala mix it well and add paneer, let it cook for 10 to 15 min in medium heat until the gravy get separated from oil.Than add the coconut milk (first milk) if you find the gravy very thicker - you can add the second coconut milk bring it first boil and finish it with coriander leaves.
