• Egg or double theamount of egg whites - 5 numbers.

Method:
heat a pan and scramble the eggs with little salt and 1 tsp of oil.( if one is colestol concious u can use 8 egg whites instead of whole egg) keep it aside . make a course paste with green chilles ginger,garlic and corriender leaves if needed . chop onion and tomatoes finely. wash spinach and chop finely. take same pan on the stove , add oil, when hot add whole garam masala, green chillies ,ginger garlic paste, cook stirring till the oil seperates. add chopped onions,cook for 2 minutes, add chopped tomatoes, cook for 5 minutes and then add chopped spinach and cook well till the raw smell of spinach is gone,(while cooking spinach do not cover with the lid). add salt ,termeric, garam masala powder. mix well. take 1/2 portion of the gravy in a bowl, add 1/2 portion of cooked rice to make it a layer on the remaining gravy. spread 1/2 portion of scrambled egg on the rice. then spread remaining spinach gravy and repeate the process with rice and scrambled egg. cook covered for 5-7 min.
