Ingredients used in Palak Bhindi
• Green chilli/ red chilli - to taste.
• Garlic - 6 clove.
• Yellow sarso - 1/4 cup.
• Palak - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric - 1 teaspoons.
• Bhindi/ okra - 1 pound.
• Tomato - 2 numbers.
• Mustard oil - 2 tablespoons.
Method:

First make a paste of yellow sarso, palak (1/2 cup)garlic and few red chillis with adding little water to it. Then Deep fry bhindi / okra after cutting into big pieces, till its little brown and keep a side. Add mustard oil/ any oil put the paste into oil and fry till the raw flaver is gone, then add turmeric, red chilli powder, and little dhaniya powder to it. Once it get fry and turn to dark color add tomato to it and then when tomato is done add okra/ bhindi to it and add little water as per need.
