Ingredients used in ONION & MILK SABJI
• Green chillies - 2 small.
• Red chilly powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric - 1 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 3 clove.
• Ginger - 1 clove.
• Milk or cream - 2 cup.
• Onions(finely chopped or grated) - 3 large.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves - .
• Coriander powder - pinch.
• Cumin powder - pinch.
Method:

At first,grate the onions or finely chop them then add 3 tbsp of oil in a pan make paste of ginger and garlic add this paste to the oil and then add turmeric mix well, now add your onions and fry them till they get golden brown colour now add green chillies, red chilly powder, pinch of cumin and coriander powder, and salt to taste,keep mixing it until all ingrediants come along well, then add your milk (or cream) little by little and keep mixing it simultaneously, now let it cook for about 5-7 mins in simmer with the pan covered, lastly add coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati, roti or nan
