Ingredients used in Onion Chicken
• Ginger - 1 inch piece.
• Bay leaves - 2-3 numbers.
• Black peppercorn - 7-8 numbers.
• Javitri - 1 pinch.
• Cloves - 5-6 numbers.
• Onion - 2 numbers.
• Boneless chicken - 1 lbs.
• Garlic - 3-4 clove.
• Dry red chilli - 4-5 numbers.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
Method:

Cut chicken in 1 inch pieces. Chop onion and grate ginger garlic. Now, heat the oil in pan and put all the above masala. After they start to crack, put onion and chicken together ... yes together ... because chicken will cook with onion juices. Add soem salt to taste. After 15-20 minutes, youll see lot of water came out. Let it cook for another 15 minutes then youll see that water is evaporating. Now, add butter and cook it for another 10 minutes. Remember cook it on very low flame..this is the key of this dish.

Awesome. I just tried it. A variation : I added chilly powder in the end when the water starts evaporating. Just adds a nice hot flavor to it!
