Ingredients used in MUTTON FRY- OIL BOILING METHOD
• Mutton - 1/2 kg.
• Egg - 1/2 number.
• Oil - to fry.
• Shahi jeera - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Shallots - 2 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Green chilies - 3 number.
• Curd - 1/4 cup.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
In a bowl take mutton pieces, add egg and mix it well. Now heat the oil in a pan, cook the mutton pieces on slow flame till they are tender. Then drain the oil from the mutton and keep aside. In the same pan add shahi jeera, shallots, salt and fry till shallots are slightly brown. Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, curry leaves, green chilies, curd, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, pepper powder and cook till the raw flavor is gone Finally, add boiled mutton piecesand cook another for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with rice or roti.
