Ingredients used in Mutton Chops with Green Masala
• Onions - 4 - 5 numbers.
• Saunf - 1 tea spoon.
• Cloves - 4 - 6 numbers.
• Cinnamon - 2 small.
• Coconut (grated) - 2 piece.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Green chilles - 6 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Mutton - 1 kg pound.
• Geera (optional) - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil/ghee - 4 tablespoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
Wash and cut the mutton into big pieces. Grind the green chillies, coriander leaves, coconut, cinnamon, cloves, saunf and ginger- garlic paste andgrind it smoothly. Keep aside. Heat ghee/oil in a vessel and fry the onions till golden brown. Add the ground paste and fry well. Add the mutton and mix well. Add the salt and turmeric powder. Cook till done. The mutton should be dry with enough thick gravy. Serve It With Hot Rice.
