Ingredients used in Mutli Grain Dosa
• Ragi flour - 1/2 cup.
• Quinoa - 1 cup.
• Barley - 1/2 cup.
• Poha - 1/2 cup.
• Moog dal - 1/2 cup.
• Chana dal - 1/2 cup.
• Urad dal - 3/4 cup.
• Toor dal - 3/4 cup.
• Cracked wheat - 1 cup.
• Rice - 1 cup.
• Jawar flour - 1/2 cup.
• Maida - 1/4 cup.
• Curd - 2 cup.
Method:

Soak Rice ,Cracked wheat, Toor dal,Urad dal,Chana dal,Moog dal ,Barley and Quinoa for 4 hrs along with 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds. Soak Poha separately for 30 mins. Grind all the above and mix with ragi flour, jawar flour , maida and salt. Before making dosa mix all the above with curd and water to make thin batter. Heat a pan , apply oil and pour batter to make dosa. Cook it on both sides o0n low flame. Serve hot with any chutney.
