MUSHROOM BUZULE

Ingredients used in MUSHROOM BUZULE
• Mushrooms - 1 cup.
• Corn flour - 2 teaspoons.
• Rice flour - 2 teaspoons.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Garam masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Coriander seeds(crushed) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Cut mushrooms into half and keep aside.
  • Take a bowl, add corn flour, rice flour, green chilies, garam masala, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, garlic, curry leaves, red chili powder, crush coriander seeds, lime juice, salt, water and mix nicely to make bajji batter.
  • Coat mushrooms with this batter and deep fry in hot oil, later transfer into paper towel.

Now hot and crispy mushroom buzule is ready to serve.
