MUSHROOM AND CHEESE SOFT DOSA 1

Ingredients used in MUSHROOM AND CHEESE SOFT DOSA 1
• Onion (chopped) - 1 no.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mushrooms - 100 grams.
• Pepper powder - half tea spoon.
• Carrot (grated) - 1/4 cup.
• Coriander (chopped) - half bunch.
• Oil - as required.
• Rice - 2 cups.
• Parboiled rice - 1 cup.
• Urad dal - 1 cup.
• Pressed rice - half cup.
• Fenugreek seeds - half 0.
Method:
  • Grind soaked rice, parboiled rice, urad dal, pressed rice, fenugreek seeds to a thick batter and ferment for about 6 hours.
  • Heat a pan and add chopped onions, butter, salt, sauté it till the onions change the color.
  • In it, add chopped mushrooms, saute it.
  • Then add pepper powder, grated carrot, chopped coriander and cook this for a minute . Transfer this into a bowl.
  • Heat a dosa tawa, pour a ladleful of the dosa batter on the tawa and spread in a circular motion.
  • Add some oil and mushroom mixture on the top of the dosa and cover it with lid until the dosa is done.

Serve it hot .
