Ingredients used in Murukulu crispy
• Oil - to fry.
• Butter - 1 cup.
• Nuvvulu - 3 tablespoons.
• Ajwain(vaam) - 1 tablespoon.
• Chana dal - 1 cup.
• Urad dal - 1 cup.
• Rice - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Roast rice, urad dal, chana dal on low flame separately, grind them to smooth powder.
  • Mix ajwain, salt, and butter to the powder add warm water and make it to a thick paste for murukulu.
  • Take pressing machine add some portion and press in a hot oil, fry them until golden color.
