Ingredients used in MULLANGI SAAMBAAR
• Coriander - springs.
• Turmeric - pinch.
• Salt - suffiecient numbers.
• Soaked tamarind - sufficient oz.
• Coconut - few slice.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Tomato - 1 numbers.
• Dal - 2 cup.
• Raddish - 2 numbers.
• Green leaves - slice.
• Coriander powder - oz.
• Chilli powder - 2 teaspoons.
Method:

first cook dal alone and keep it aside so that we can gring in mixie after it cools down. now peel off raddish and cut them in round shapes in small numbers and add tamarind salt chillipowder coriander powder, put all together in a pressure cooker and let 2 whistles. After dal cools down put it in mixie get it in to smooth texture and add to the raddish mixture and add some water.(dont add lots of water). now cut one onion and one tomato and small pieces of coconut(not dry). fry them in a one spoon of oil in a pan and after cooling grind thrm finely. while sambaar is boiling add this mixture to it and let it come to boil. add coriader before putting down. final touch: add 3 spoons of oil to pan after heating add jeera mustard greenleaves. your delicious saambaar is ready.
